Return Policy

If an item you ordered from O'Connor is defective, simply return in it's original condition to our store or by mail within 30 days of receiving it, unless otherwise noted.

Return Address

We'll process your refund right away-within 30 days at the most. It will...

• Be in the same form of payment
• Equal the "total unit price" of the items printed on your packing slip.
• Exclude shipping and handling (unless there was a shipping mistake), gift wrap and other service charges.
